Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED HVAC Insulation Technician to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Insulation technicians serve our customers by educating them on the available product options, removing and replacing insulation as well as installing add-on accessories, when needed, while providing quality work. This role will also serve as a mentor and coach to both apprentice and entry-level technicians.  

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking top performing HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our PM Technicians are responsible inspecting and routine maintenance of HVAC systems, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes.  

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking top performing HVAC Service Technicians with at least 2 years of experience to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers.
